1、 Common ground structures for booth construction

Wooden platform, luminous platform, ground carpet, ground floor, luminous glass platform, simulated grass carpet, floor tile laying, and carpet laying on wooden platform.

Process requirements:

01. Wooden platforms generally have a platform frame of 1 meter to 2.2 meters to 10 centimeters below, followed by a 12 centimeter board, and finally a carpet or floor.

02. The luminous platform is usually framed with an iron frame, with fluorescent tubes placed on top and milky white film. According to requirements, it can be mounted with transparent printing. The top layer is made of glass, with a thickness of 12-15 centimeters, which can be determined according to the size of the force surface. The internal lighting must be uniform and have strong transparency.

03. The carpet should be flat, with glue added at the joints, without cracks or bulges.

04. The floor requires minimal joints and should not slide flat.

05. The glass platform has tight seams and no sliding, and it should be cleaned thoroughly.

2、 Booth construction, panel wall structure, and modeling

Single sided wall (also known as single wrapped wall), double-sided wall (double wrapped wall), commonly used surface decoration: paint, fireproof board, stickers.

Process requirements:

01. The so-called single-sided wall refers to one side of the panel wall being painted or coated with fireproof board, while double-sided wall refers to two sides being painted or coated with fireproof board. Many exhibition halls stipulate that the booth near the passage cannot have a single panel wall to avoid affecting the overall aesthetics.

02. It is best to use high-density board as the substrate for painting materials. A single wall is usually made of 5mm board as the substrate, and then fireproof board is pasted. The foaming of fireproof board is mainly related to temperature or uneven glue brushing.

03. There is a wooden keel in the middle layer of the wooden structure panel wall. The size and thickness of the keel can be determined according to the height and height of the wall. Generally, the size of the keel is 30cm square. If the wall is low and not under stress, a wooden keel of 40CM-50cm square can be used.

If support is required, the board wall needs to consider increasing the density of the keel and the thickness of the sealing panel. Iron keel or steel pipe can also be used for stress, and then fireproof board or coating can be applied.

05. The joints of fireproof boards should be smooth, with the minimum, uniform, visually comfortable, and no bulging phenomenon. It is best to apply putty powder to the joint after pasting.

06. The overall color of the coating should be consistent, without cracks, and the surface should be smooth, uniform, and free of impurities.

3、 Exhibition booth construction with iron frame structure

Process requirements:

The iron frame structure is solid and stable, the support structure is reasonable, and the use of venue facilities for hanging should be avoided as much as possible. The shape is safe, and the painting is uniform and beautiful.

4、 Booth construction with stretch fabric design

Commonly used fabrics include mesh cloth and polystyrene cloth.

Process requirements:

01. It is best to stretch some fabrics with high fire resistance coefficients. Elastic fabrics are basically prohibited, and commonly used styles of stretch fabrics include mesh fabrics and polystyrene fabrics (currently, the Beijing Exhibition Center has issued fire safety certificates for materials before granting approval to the museum).

02. Requirements for the stretch cloth process: The stretch cloth should be flat, without wrinkles, the gun nails should be firm, without lifting, and should not be spliced as much as possible.

5、 The use of lighting fixtures for booth construction

Process requirements:

01. The overall area mainly uses dysprosium lamps or tungsten filament lamps, which are used to illuminate the entire area or local LOGO text as a whole (dysprosium lamp 150W). Its aperture is relatively large and has good astigmatism.

02. Tube lights are mainly used for top decoration. Install a tube lamp on the top wooden shape to illuminate the lower area, with a slightly lower wattage compared to dysprosium lamps (tube lamps below 100W).

03. Bull eye lamps are used to illuminate a certain product or embellish a certain area, but with a small aperture and poor astigmatism. (40W---60W)。

04. Long arm spotlights are mainly used for illuminating display boards or iconic text. Their aperture is relatively large compared to bullseye, and their brightness is not small, with a wattage of 60W.

05. Fluorescent lamps are mainly used for illuminating light boxes or light box fabrics, with a distance of 15CM-20CM per lamp and a wattage ranging from 40W-100W. It can also be used for local light leakage, and the light emitted by fluorescent tubes is relatively uniform.

6、 Booth construction using glass materials

Process requirements:

01.The height of the entire piece of glass cannot exceed 2.5 meters, and the width is 1.2-1.5 meters. If it is too high, try to use tempered glass with a thickness of no less than 10 centimeters. It is best to decorate the glass in the negotiation area with sandpaper to prevent accidental collision.

02. Pay attention to the combination of materials, and it is best not to decorate the booth with transparent organic film. Organic transparent film is difficult to clean and is prone to discoloration. The more you rub it, the heavier the scratches. It is best not to use it alone, and it can be used for mounting and printing images
